RRSPs at Any Age


There’s no lower age limit on saving for an RRSP so the right time is NOW. Even kids with a part-time jobs can have an RRSP. They’ll need a social insurance number and will have to file a tax return to establish their RRSP contribution limit. A $400 contribution compounding at 9% would grow to $45,000 in 55 years.
