Wow, what a fantastic recipe! So much more colourful and flavourful than your traditional bean salad; it was a hit with my family. I added a bit of extra lime jiuce for some added zip to the dressing, but otherwise this recipe is perfect. Thanks for sharing :)

@pepgirl... but I also just feel at the end of the episodes like not much has happened. There just doesn't seem to be as much content, as well as less change... is it just me?

@Willow....I may be wrong but I figured the reason there seems to be a lower success factor on Princess than TDDUP is that it appears people are nominated for Princess versus requesting help on TDDUP.

Hi Gail! Sorry to bring up work on your fun Wednesday blog day, but I just wanted to ask... I've been watching Princess and I just wanted to know, why did you guys switch the TDDUP format of 6 weeks to 4 weeks for Princess? I feel like a lot of the Princesses don't really seem to be "getting it" and I wonder if the extra 2 weeks pushes them past the "it's only a month" to more of a lifestyle change. Was it due to production costs? I just find the episodes don't seem to be as... "fulfilling" or "satisfying" for lack of a better word, they just seem shorter or like less of a journey has taken place, and I think the 6 week format worked a lot better.... I'm not sure how much say you actually have in the production but I figured it never hurts to have feedback from a fan, right? :)

Also this recipe looks great! I'm a huge fan of you and your blog! :)

Sounds super easy..
I, too, am assuming you add the corn/edamame frozen to the tossed mixture. (It would thaw while setting in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight - cooked would give a weird texture).
I'm actually surprised how basic all these ingredients are..thanks, Gail.

Gail, do you cook the edamame and corn or just let them defrost before using? I know...sounds like a dumb question...
